Bangkok Counselling Service is now accepting applications from suitably qualified graduates for this exciting position Client Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will support our clients from the point of contact, through the various stages of their therapy. This includes arranging appointments, liaising with therapists, payments and maintaining contact with clients through to the completion of therapy.

 

The successful candidate will need to have the following

  • Hold a degree in any subject.
  • Have a client centred outlook/ approach to work.
  • Be energetic, motivated and enthusiastic
  • Be competent working alone as well as part of a team.
  • A native Thai speaker comfortable working English.
  • Able to prioritise tasks, plan & pre-empt a logical sequence of events.
  • Be a problem solver, and be proactive in reaching goals.
  • Be computer literate and confident using Microsoft office programs.
  • Be a good time keeper, have a good memory and have basic math.

Counsellor/ Therapist

Bangkok Counselling Service is now accepting applications for the position of Counsellor/ Therapist for our Thai Emotional Support Service. We would like to recruit a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist or Psychologist for a new position created to meet the increase in demand for counselling in Thai. 

 

The successful applicant will be part of the Thai Emotional Support and Employee Assistance Program team and will provide counselling and emotional support in Thai. The BCS Employee Assistance Program provides short training courses and seminars on issues relevant to employees which the successful candadate will also provide.

 

Requirements:

    Professionally qualified as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist or   
        Psychologist.

    Experience providing face to face counselling in Thai

    Native Thai speaker.

    Comfortable communicating in English

    Available fulltime 5 days per week.

    Experience giving  presentations and or training events

 

Desirable

    Have completed 250 or more hours of supervised counselling.

  ◎  Be an accredited/ licenced member of a counselling
        professional body or be working towards such.

  ◎  Knowledge of Employee Assistance Program

  ◎  Experience designing training events & workshops 


If you can work independently as well as play an active part in a small team with the skills and ability needed to be a competent practitioner you could have found your dream job. This position is offered on a fulltime basis and salary is dependent on experience.

Bangkok Counselling Service provides EAP to companies in Bangkok and around Thailand. We are now looking for an EAP Project Manager to lead this exciting new service working alongside our therapists. You will be providing support to HR Managers and ensuring we are providing the quality service we are known for.

 

The EAP Project Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing all elements of EAP as an individual project for each company we work with.
 

The successful candidate will need to have the following 

 

  ◎  Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, management, marketing, or   
           related subject. Psychology graduates are encouraged to apply.

    1 to 2 years’ experience working with people and ability to show a
         client centred outlook/ approach to work.

    Be energetic, motivated and enthusiastic.

     Be competent working alone as well as part of a team.

     Be a native Thai speaker equally comfortable working in English.

    Experience giving presentations, training events and or seminars

    A good understanding of Employee Assistance its benefits for
         employees and companies   

    Able to prioritise tasks, plan & pre-empt a logical sequence of
         events.
