For  enquiries about any counselling or emotional support service or to make an appointment you can contact us in the following ways also.

Phone
You can call the appointments line or mobile numbers above. Calls will be answered between 11am and 7pm  on weekdays and 11am and 5pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Outside of these times the appointments line will connect to an answer machine leave a message and your call will be returned the next working day. You can request a call back during our operational hours.

SMS
Send an SMS with 'counselling enquiry' in the body of the text to either mobile number above and you will be called back as soon as possible. If your SMS message is sent out of hours it will be the next working day when you are called back. If you would like to be called back at a particular time of day put Call back Mon 12 – 1 indicating that you would like to be called back on Monday between 12 noon and 1pm or evening 7pm indicating that you would like to be called back in the evening after 7pm.

You may contact us using Line App our Line ID is Sala_Som this app is a good way to make contact or to get a message to your therapist in the event of running late for your appointment.  You can ask questions here or when you need to reschedual an appointment. To arrange your first appointment we prefer to send you the confirmation by email.

Office Hours 

Our office hours are from 11am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.  We will reply to all enquiries within 24 hours, or as quickly as possible often the same day. Counselling and psychotherapy appointments are available on weekdays from 9am to 8pm and on Saturday's until 6pm. If you have a specific appointment need please advise us as soon as possible and every effort will be made to meet your request.

Young People's Wellbeing Project

If you are a parent or guardian of a young person and would like to meet with one of our young peoples counsellors to discuss your worries or concerns or to assess whether BCS is best suited to offer the support you are looking for we are happy to arrange a time to meet with you. It is more productive and beneficial all round if this is arranged before the young person comes to meet the counsellor.
