Phongsuntorn joins Bangkok Counselling Service team as Client Support Coordinator responsible for client contacts correspondence and arranging appointments and rescheduling when needed. Phongsuntorn is the first point of contact and supports clients through their time with the service including responding to all correspondence, managing the appointments system, issuing invoices and receiving payment and liaison with therapists and clients.
Phongsuntorn earned his Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Thammasat University. He gained valuable experience both academic and practical completing work experience at the Saraburi Juvenile Observation and Protection Centre and at Srithanya Hospital.
Phongsuntorns background in clinical psychology with experience working with clients, gives him a good understanding of the issues clients may present with and the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the service will reassure new clients when they communicate with Bangkok Counselling Service they can expect and will receive a high standard of professionalism in all aspects of the service.
