Boom joins Bangkok Counselling Service team as Client Support Coordinator responsible for client contact correspondence and appointments and rescheduling when needed. Boom is the first point of contact and she willl support clients through their time with the service including responding to correspondence, managing the appointments system, issuing invoices and receiving payment and liaison with therapists and clients.
Boom earned her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Thammasat University. She gained valuable experience both academic and practical completing work experience at the Saraburi Juvenile Observation and Protection Centre and at Srithanya Hospital.
Boom background in clinical psychology with experience working with clients, gives her a good understanding of the issues clients may present with and the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of the service will reassure new clients when they communicate with Bangkok Counselling Service they can expect and will receive a high standard of professionalism in all aspects of the service.
